Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of the search. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How the Data Is Used
We use these limited details to run the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor build individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, Utah offices, libraries, and third-party search services follow their own privacy rules. Their policies govern anything submitted after you follow a link. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company and remain subject to that provider's terms.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code ยงยง13-61-101 et seq., can provide rights to access, delete, or obtain certain personal data and opt out of sale or targeted advertising; a correction right took effect July 1, 2026. Because we keep little data, a request usually involves our contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by a Utah state, county, or city custodian remain outside our control and are treated differently under that law.
